3. PERSONALIZATION AND CLIENT RECORDS

Personalization is fundamental to Monogramme's services.

We may maintain information concerning a client's measurements, sizing, wardrobe, purchases, preferences, brands, prior projects, lifestyle requirements, important dates, interests, and other information relevant to providing future services.

We may analyze information from prior engagements to improve future recommendations, anticipate client needs, identify potentially relevant products and services, recognize replenishment or replacement opportunities, identify availability or pricing changes, and provide continuity of service.

For example, information concerning a client's prior purchases, sizes, preferred brands, wardrobe needs, or expressed interests may be used to identify new merchandise, available sizes, sales, replacement items, seasonal wardrobe needs, gifts, or other opportunities that we believe may be relevant to that client.

These processes may be performed manually, through software and automation, or with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION

Monogramme uses and may continue to adopt artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and other technology tools as part of its business and client services.

We may use commercially available or privately operated artificial intelligence models and services from multiple providers. The particular providers and technologies we use may change over time as technology develops.

These tools may assist us with activities including:

  • Shopping and product research

  • Product discovery and comparison

  • Sourcing

  • Analysis of product availability and pricing

  • Analysis of purchase history

  • Client relationship management

  • Identification of client needs and opportunities

  • Wardrobe analysis and organization

  • Styling and outfit recommendations

  • Visual concepting

  • Virtual styling and visualization

  • Lookbook preparation

  • Data organization and processing

  • Communications drafting

  • Personalized client outreach

  • Administrative functions

  • Internal research and analysis

Information processed using these tools may include information reasonably relevant to the task, such as measurements, sizing, preferences, brands, purchase history, wardrobe information, lifestyle information, travel requirements, photographs, communications, product information, and other client-related information.

Because Monogramme may use multiple AI and technology providers, personal information may be processed by third-party technology providers in accordance with their respective terms, privacy practices, security practices, and data-processing arrangements.

We seek to exercise reasonable judgment in selecting technology and limiting unnecessary disclosure of personal information. Where reasonably practicable, we may minimize, anonymize, pseudonymize, or otherwise limit information submitted to third-party systems.

We do not treat AI-generated recommendations, images, analyses, or other outputs as infallible. Such tools assist Monogramme's services and professional judgment.

Where AI-generated images, virtual styling, or similar technologies use a person's photograph or likeness, those materials are used to provide client services and do not constitute authorization for public use of that person's likeness.

A client may contact us to request that generative AI not be used with that client's or a Service Recipient's identifiable likeness. Such a request may affect the availability, timing, cost, or manner in which certain services are provided.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose or provide information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide services, including:

  • Retailers

  • Designers and brands

For example, fulfilling a client request may require us to provide a client's or recipient's name, shipping address, telephone number, measurements, size, preferences, or other relevant information to a vendor or service provider.

We seek to disclose information reasonably appropriate for the applicable purpose.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or interests of Monogramme, our clients, or others.

6. SERVICE RECIPIENTS

A client may engage Monogramme to provide services for another person.

In those circumstances, we may receive information about the Service Recipient from the client, including measurements, sizing information, preferences, photographs, contact information, or other information necessary to provide the requested services.

Where appropriate, we may request consent or information directly from the Service Recipient.

Clients providing information about another person are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to provide that information to us.

7. PHOTOGRAPHS AND LIKENESS

Photographs and other images may be collected when necessary or useful for styling, fit assessment, wardrobe management, virtual visualization, lookbooks, or other client services.

Providing photographs for private client services does not, by itself, authorize Monogramme to publicly identify or depict the individual.

Monogramme will not use a client's or Service Recipient's identifiable likeness for public advertising, marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without separate permission.

We may use non-identifying aspects of our work for portfolio, editorial, or marketing purposes where the material does not reasonably identify the client or Service Recipient.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe or other providers used by Monogramme from time to time.

Payment processors collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Third-party services incorporated into the website may also use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own privacy practices.

You may be able to control or delete cookies through your browser or through privacy controls presented on our website. Restricting certain technologies may affect website functionality.

If you provide us with contact information, we may use it to communicate with you concerning our relationship and services.

Communications may include:

  • Appointments and service updates

  • Transactions and orders

  • New merchandise relevant to your preferences

  • Product availability or restocks

  • Relevant sales or purchasing opportunities

  • Monogramme services and opportunities

These communications may be selected or prepared using information from your client profile, purchase history, preferences, prior communications, or previous services.

We currently manage much of this outreach personally and through scheduled communications. We may increasingly use artificial intelligence and automated systems to identify appropriate reasons or times to contact clients, select potentially relevant recommendations, prepare communications, or facilitate delivery.

The use of technology to assist with a communication does not change your ability to opt out of marketing communications where applicable.

Where required by law, marketing communications will provide an appropriate means to opt out.

You may ask us to stop sending non-transactional marketing communications at any time. This will not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to provide services, administer transactions, respond to your requests, or maintain an active client engagement.

11. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing ongoing client services, maintaining client and transaction histories, satisfying accounting or legal requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting legitimate business interests.

Because Monogramme provides continuing personal-shopping and advisory services, client profile information and purchase history may be retained to provide continuity across future engagements and improve future recommendations.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or archived, subject to applicable legal, accounting, contractual, and operational requirements.

12. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and services rely on third-party websites, platforms, applications, technology providers, and other services.

Those third parties may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices. Monogramme does not control or guarantee the security, availability, privacy practices, or continued operation of independent third-party services.

14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through our website.

Information relating to a minor may occasionally be provided by a parent or legal guardian in connection with legitimate styling, purchasing, gifting, or other client services.

Where such laws apply to Monogramme and to your information, we will process qualifying requests in accordance with applicable requirements.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

If Monogramme is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
